Parent and Family Engagement Center

Hi! I’m Andrea Beckert, and I serve as the Parent Educator at Mission Elementary. I’m beginning my 29th year serving Fort Bend ISD families, including 5 years serving the Mission Community.

My role is to strengthen the partnership between families, school, and community by connecting parents and caregivers with resources, learning opportunities, and support to help every student succeed.

The Mission Parent & Family Engagement Center offers a variety of opportunities to support and connect our families, including ESL Conversation Classes, school technology assistance, Brighter Bites, curriculum workshops, volunteer opportunities, family events, and more!

I believe parent and family engagement is key to student success and I am here to foster that engagement.
